Lee Morrison is the Human Resource Manager for Great Basin Gold’s Nevada Operations. Mr. Morrison has more than 33 years mining industry experience, with 28 years in Human Resources & Safety both in open pit and underground operations. He worked for Hycroft Resources and Development for 12 years as their Human Resource/Safety Manager and worked in the same capacity for Pegasus Gold Corporation at its Florida Canyon Mine and Homestake Mining Company at its Pinson Mine. In addition, he worked for Owens Corning Fiberglass, Union Carbide Corporation and Newmont Mining Company in the Safety Field. Mr. Morrison was recognized by the Nevada Mining Association as the Safety Professional of the Year for 2008.
